The Falcon Inn offers superb food and wines. We pride ourselves on a wide choice of delicious, home-cooked dishes and an excellent list of complementary wines. Our speciality is the Lebanese Mezzeh, but we also offer Lebanese snacks at lunchtime. Lebanese cuisine is Mediterranean in its nature and use of produce. Fish, chicken, olives, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice figure prominently, and lamb is the main red meat. Meals are full of robust flavours and earthy spices, and are wonderfully complemented by wines produced in the Lebanon that themselves have spicy overtones: we offer a selection of these on our wine list.
